NetApp CEO George Kurian's 2018 pay jumps 43% to $13M

NetApp reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on August 1, 2018.
In 2018, five NetApp executives received on average a compensation package of $6.3M, a 16% increase compared to previous year.
George Kurian, Chief Executive Officer, received $13M in total, which increased by 43% compared to 2017. 75% of Kurian's compensation, or $9.6M, was in stock awards. Kurian also received $2.3M in non-equity incentive plan, $925K in salary, as well as $15K in other compensation.
Henri P. Richard, Executive Vice President, Worldwide Field and Customer Operations, received a compensation package of $5.5M, which decreased by 20% compared to previous year. 71% of the compensation package, or $3.9M, was in stock awards.
Ronald J. Pasek, Chief Financial Officer, earned $5.3M in 2018, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
Joel D. Reich, Executive Vice President and General Manager, NetApp Storage Systems and Software Business, received $4.4M in 2018, which increases by 22% compared to 2017.
Matthew K. Fawcett, General Counsel, earned $3.2M in 2018, a 18% increase compared to previous year.
NetApp's fiscal year ends on April 29.
