NetApp reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on July 31, 2020.
In 2020, six NetApp executives received on average a compensation package of $4.6M, a 29% decrease compared to previous year.
George Kurian, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.5M in total, which decreased by 28% compared to 2019. 90% of Kurian's compensation, or $8.5M, was in stock awards. Kurian also received $950K in salary and $10K in other compensation.
Michael J. Berry, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $4.3M. 97% of the compensation package, or $4.2M, was in stock awards.
Brad Anderson, Executive Vice President, Hybrid Cloud Group, earned $4M in 2020.
Ronald J. Pasek, Chief Financial Officer, received $3.7M in 2020, which decreases by 33% compared to 2019.
Henri P. Richard, Former Executive Vice President, Worldwide Field and Customer Operations, earned $3.7M in 2020, a 38% decrease compared to previous year.
Matthew K. Fawcett, General Counsel, received $2.2M in 2020, which decreases by 34% compared to 2019.
NetApp's fiscal year ends on April 29.
