NeuroPace reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 22, 2022.
In 2021, three NeuroPace executives received on average a compensation package of $1.3M, a 134% increase compared to previous year.
Michael Favet, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.1M in total, which increased by 209% compared to 2020. 30% of Favet's compensation, or $629K, was in option awards. Favet also received $330K in non-equity incentive plan, $506K in salary, as well as $612K in stock awards.
Irina Ridley, General Counsel, received a compensation package of $1M. 41% of the compensation package, or $416K, was in option awards.
Martha Morrell, Chief Medical Officer, earned $965K in 2021, a 99% increase compared to previous year.
