NeuroPace reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on April 25, 2023.
In 2022, three NeuroPace executives received on average a compensation package of $1.9M, a 44% increase compared to previous year.
Michael Favet, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.2M in total, which increased by 54% compared to 2021. 39% of Favet's compensation, or $1.3M, was in stock awards. Favet also received $162K in non-equity incentive plan, $1.2M in option awards, $539K in salary, as well as $504 in other compensation.
Martha Morrell, Chief Medical Officer, received a compensation package of $1.3M, which increased by 36% compared to previous year. 34% of the compensation package, or $453K, was in salary.
Irina Ridley, Chief Legal Officer, earned $1.3M in 2022, a 29% increase compared to previous year.
