New Relic CEO Lewis Cirne's 2018 pay jumps 380% to $3.2M

New Relic reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on July 11, 2018.
In 2018, four New Relic executives received on average a compensation package of $2.3M, a 74% increase compared to previous year.
Lewis Cirne, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.2M in total, which increased by 380% compared to 2017. 80% of Cirne's compensation, or $2.5M, was in option awards. Cirne also received $331K in non-equity incentive plan, $315K in salary, as well as $2.3K in other compensation.
Mark Sachleben, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.8M, which increased by 78% compared to previous year. 40% of the compensation package, or $1.1M, was in option awards.
James Gochee, Chief Product Officer, earned $2.2M in 2018, a 68% increase compared to previous year.
Robin Schulman, General Counsel, received $941K in 2018, which increases by 1% compared to 2017.
New Relic's fiscal year ends on March 31.
