NEXTNAV reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 6, 2022.
In 2021, three NEXTNAV executives received on average a compensation package of $5.3M, a 152% increase compared to previous year.

Ganesh Pattabiraman, Chief Executive Officer, received $9M in total, which increased by 309% compared to 2020. 96% of Pattabiraman's compensation, or $8.6M, was in stock awards. Pattabiraman also received $75K in bonus, $302K in salary, as well as $11K in other compensation.
