NIKE reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on July 24, 2018.
In 2018, six NIKE executives received on average a compensation package of $8.6M, a 40% increase compared to previous year.
Trevor A. Edwards, Former President, NIKE Brand, received $9.8M in total, which increased by 97% compared to 2017. 73% of Edwards' compensation, or $7.2M, was in stock awards. Edwards also received $370K in non-equity incentive plan, $981K in option awards, $1.2M in salary, as well as $101K in other compensation.
Eric D. Sprunk, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $9.6M, which increased by 115% compared to previous year. 73% of the compensation package, or $7M, was in stock awards.
Mark G. Parker, Chief Executive Officer, earned $9.5M in 2018, a 32% decrease compared to previous year.
Andrew Campion, Chief Financial Officer, received $9.3M in 2018, which increases by 136% compared to 2017.
Hilary K. Krane, Chief Administrative Officer, earned $6.9M in 2018.
John F. Slusher, Executive Vice President, Global Sports Marketing, received $6.8M in 2018.
