NIKE reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on July 24, 2020.
In 2020, nine NIKE executives received on average a compensation package of $12M, a 92% increase compared to previous year.
John J. Donahoe II, Chief Executive Officer, received $53M in total. 43% of Donahoe's compensation, or $23M, was in option awards. Donahoe also received $6.8M in bonus, $548K in salary, $21M in stock awards, as well as $1.7M in other compensation.
Mark G. Parker, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $18M, which increased by 30% compared to previous year. 33% of the compensation package, or $6M, was in bonus.
Elliott J. Hill, Former President, Consumer & Marketplace, earned $6.5M in 2020, a 21% increase compared to previous year.
Eric D. Sprunk, Chief Operating Officer, received $6.5M in 2020, which increases by 21% compared to 2019.
Hilary K. Krane, Chief Administrative Officer, earned $5.9M in 2020, a 22% increase compared to previous year.
Andrew Campion, Chief Financial Officer, received $5.9M in 2020, which increases by 22% compared to 2019.
Monique Matheson, Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources, earned $5.9M in 2020.
John F. Slusher, Executive Vice President, Global Sports Marketing, received $5.9M in 2020, which increases by 40% compared to 2019.
Matthew Friend, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.3M in 2020.
NIKE's fiscal year ends on May 31.
