Nkarta reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 21, 2022.
In 2021, three Nkarta executives received on average a compensation package of $4M, a 41% increase compared to previous year.
Paul J. Hastings, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.8M in total, which increased by 113% compared to 2020. 87% of Hastings' compensation, or $5.9M, was in option awards. Hastings also received $317K in non-equity incentive plan, $576K in salary, as well as $8.7K in other compensation.
Kanya Rajangam, Chief Medical Officer, received a compensation package of $2.6M, which increased by 83% compared to previous year. 76% of the compensation package, or $2M, was in option awards.
Nadir Mahmood, Chief Financial and Business Officer, earned $2.5M in 2021, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
