Noble Energy reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 10, 2020.
In 2019, five executives at Noble Energy received on average a compensation package of $6.2M, a 22% increase compared to previous year.
David L. Stover, Chief Executive Officer, received $13M in total, which increased by 16% compared to 2018. 61% of Stover's compensation, or $7.9M, was in stock awards. Stover also received $2.5M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.3M in option awards, $1M in salary, as well as $345K in other compensation.
Brent J. Smolik, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $7.1M, which increased by 53% compared to previous year. 55% of the compensation package, or $3.9M, was in stock awards.
Kenneth M. Fisher, Chief Financial Officer, earned $4.5M in 2019, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
Rachel G. Clingman, General Counsel, received $3.2M in 2019, which increases by 32% compared to 2018.
John K. Elliott, Senior Vice President, Offshore, earned $3M in 2019, a 16% increase compared to previous year.
