Nordson reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on January 17, 2020.
In 2019, seven Nordson executives received on average a compensation package of $3M, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Michael F. Hilton, Chief Executive Officer, received $7M in total, which increased by 1% compared to 2018. 33% of Hilton's compensation, or $2.3M, was in stock awards. John J. Keane, Executive Vice President, earned $3.2M in 2019, a 73% increase compared to previous year.
Gregory P. Merk, Executive Vice President, received $2.5M in 2019, which increases by 65% compared to 2018.
Jeffrey A. Pembroke, Executive Vice President, earned $2M in 2019, a 32% increase compared to previous year.
Sundaram Nagarajan, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.5M in 2019.
Stephen P. Lovass, Executive Vice President, earned $987K in 2019.
Nordson's fiscal year ends on October 31.
