Nordstrom reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 12, 2019.
In 2018, six Nordstrom executives received on average a compensation package of $4.7M, a 9% increase compared to previous year.
Kenneth J. Worzel, Chief Digital Officer and President, Nordstrom.com, received $6M in total, which increased by 93% compared to 2017. 60% of Worzel's compensation, or $3.6M, was in stock awards. Worzel also received $754K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $835K in non-equity incentive plan, $787K in salary, as well as $46K in other compensation.
Anne L. Bramman, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $5.2M, which increased by 158% compared to previous year. 69% of the compensation package, or $3.6M, was in stock awards.
Blake W. Nordstrom, Former Co, President, earned $4.5M in 2018, a 21% decrease compared to previous year.
Erik B. Nordstrom, Co, President, received $4.5M in 2018, which decreases by 21% compared to 2017.
Peter E. Nordstrom, Co, President, earned $4.4M in 2018, a 22% decrease compared to previous year.
Christine F. Deputy, Chief Human Resources Officer, received $3.7M in 2018.
Nordstrom's fiscal year ends on January 30.
