Northern Trust reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 9, 2021.
In 2020, five executives at Northern Trust received on average a compensation package of $5M, a 26% decrease compared to previous year.
Michael G. O'Grady, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.2M in total, which decreased by 3% compared to 2019. 74% of O'Grady's compensation, or $6.8M, was in stock awards. Jason J. Tyler, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.8M in 2020.
