Northrop Grumman reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 3, 2020.
In 2019, six executives at Northrop Grumman received on average a compensation package of $8.7M, a 18% decrease compared to previous year.
Kathy J. Warden, Chief Executive Officer, received $20M in total, which increased by 52% compared to 2018. 64% of Warden's compensation, or $13M, was in stock awards. Warden also received $688K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $4.5M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.5M in salary, as well as $623K in other compensation.
Janis G. Pamiljans, Corporate Vice President and President, Aerospace Systems, received a compensation package of $7.2M, which increased by 23% compared to previous year. 48% of the compensation package, or $3.5M, was in stock awards.
Mark A. Caylor, Corporate Vice President and President, Mission Systems, earned $6.8M in 2019, a 11% increase compared to previous year.
Kenneth L. Bedingfield, Chief Financial Officer, received $6M in 2019, which increases by 2% compared to 2018.
Christopher T. Jones, Corporate Vice President and President, Technology Services, earned $6M in 2019.
Blake E. Larson, Corporate Vice President and President, Space Systems, received $5.6M in 2019, which decreases by 31% compared to 2018.
