Northrop Grumman reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 2, 2021.
In 2020, six executives at Northrop Grumman received on average a compensation package of $8.1M, a 7% decrease compared to previous year.
Kathy J. Warden, Chief Executive Officer, received $21M in total, which increased by 2% compared to 2019. 65% of Warden's compensation, or $13M, was in stock awards. Warden also received $1.1M of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $4M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.5M in salary, as well as $650K in other compensation.
Janis G. Pamiljans, Corporate Vice President and President, Aeronautics Systems, received a compensation package of $6.7M, which decreased by 8% compared to previous year. 52% of the compensation package, or $3.5M, was in stock awards.
Mark A. Caylor, Corporate Vice President and President, Mission Systems, earned $6.1M in 2020, a 10% decrease compared to previous year.
Blake E. Larson, Corporate Vice President and President, Space Systems, received $6M in 2020, which increases by 7% compared to 2019.
David F. Keffer, Chief Financial Officer, earned $5.6M in 2020.
Kenneth L. Bedingfield, Chief Financial Officer, received $3.2M in 2020, which decreases by 47% compared to 2019.
