Symantec reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on October 29, 2018.
In 2018, five Symantec executives received on average a compensation package of $12M, a 77% increase compared to previous year.
Gregory C. Clark, Chief Executive Officer, received $17M in total, which increased by 186% compared to 2017. 92% of Clark's compensation, or $16M, was in stock awards. Clark also received $1M in salary and $365K in other compensation.
Michael D. Fey, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $16M, which increased by 256% compared to previous year. 94% of the compensation package, or $15M, was in stock awards.
Francis C. Rosch, Former Executive Vice President, Consumer Digital Safety, earned $14M in 2018, a 84% increase compared to previous year.
Nicholas R. Noviello, Chief Financial Officer, received $8.2M in 2018, which increases by 277% compared to 2017.
Scott C. Taylor, General Counsel, earned $6M in 2018, a 8% decrease compared to previous year.
Symantec's fiscal year ends on April 1.
