GSI Group reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 5, 2019.
In 2018, three GSI Group executives received on average a compensation package of $2.2M, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at GSI Group
Matthijs Glastra, Chief Executive Officer, received $4M in total, which increased by 10% compared to 2017. 63% of Glastra's compensation, or $2.5M, was in stock awards. Glastra also received $890K in non-equity incentive plan, $581K in salary, as well as $21K in other compensation.
Robert J. Buckley, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.8M, which decreased by 2% compared to previous year. 49% of the compensation package, or $853K, was in stock awards.
Brian Young, Chief Human Resources Officer, earned $888K in 2018, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
