GSI Group reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 20, 2020.
In 2019, three GSI Group executives received on average a compensation package of $2.2M, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
Matthijs Glastra, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.1M in total, which increased by 2% compared to 2018. 76% of Glastra's compensation, or $3.1M, was in stock awards. Glastra also received $300K in non-equity incentive plan, $640K in salary, as well as $37K in other compensation.
Robert J. Buckley, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.6M, which decreased by 7% compared to previous year. 63% of the compensation package, or $1M, was in stock awards.
Brian Young, Chief Human Resources Officer, earned $806K in 2019, a 9% decrease compared to previous year.
