GSI Group reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 8, 2022.
In 2021, three GSI Group executives received on average a compensation package of $6.9M, a 167% increase compared to previous year.
Matthijs Glastra, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which increased by 153% compared to 2020. 81% of Glastra's compensation, or $10M, was in stock awards. Glastra also received $1.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $690K in salary, as well as $35K in other compensation.
Robert J. Buckley, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $5.8M, which increased by 193% compared to previous year. 78% of the compensation package, or $4.5M, was in stock awards.
Brian Young, Chief Human Resources Officer, earned $2.6M in 2021, a 184% increase compared to previous year.
