Novavax reported fiscal year 2012 executive compensation information on April 30, 2013.
In 2012, five Novavax executives received on average a compensation package of $645K, a 7% decrease compared to previous year.
Stanley C. Erck, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.2M in total, which decreased by 12% compared to 2011. 49% of Erck's compensation, or $613K, was in option awards. Erck also received $198K in non-equity incentive plan, $430K in salary, as well as $1.4K in other compensation.
Gregory M. Glenn, Chief Medical Officer, received a compensation package of $583K, which increased by 7% compared to previous year. 62% of the compensation package, or $362K, was in salary.
Frederick W. Driscoll, Chief Financial Officer, earned $497K in 2012, a 14% decrease compared to previous year.
Timothy J. Hahn, SVP, Manufacturing and Process Development, received $470K in 2012, which increases by 39% compared to 2011.
Russell P. Wilson, SVP, Business Development, earned $432K in 2012, a 11% increase compared to previous year.
