NOW reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 8, 2021.
In 2020, six NOW executives received on average a compensation package of $671K, a 56% decrease compared to previous year.
David Cherechinsky, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.3M in total, which decreased by 17% compared to 2019. 44% of Cherechinsky's compensation, or $555K, was in salary. Cherechinsky also received $208K in option awards, $498K in stock awards, as well as $14K in other compensation.
Raymond Chang, General Counsel, received a compensation package of $955K, which decreased by 25% compared to previous year. 43% of the compensation package, or $412K, was in salary.
Richard Alario, Chief Executive Officer, earned $675K in 2020, a 73% decrease compared to previous year.
Mark Johnson, Chief Financial Officer, received $599K in 2020, which decreases by 14% compared to 2019.
Kelly Munson, Chief Administrative and Information Officer, earned $445K in 2020.
Rocio Surratt, VP - Finance and Corporate Controller, received $77K in 2020.
