NuVasive reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 28, 2019.
In 2018, eight NuVasive executives received on average a compensation package of $2.5M, a 3% decrease compared to previous year.
J. Christopher Barry, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.1M in total. 88% of Barry's compensation, or $4.5M, was in stock awards. Barry also received $500K in bonus, $92K in salary, as well as $24K in other compensation.
Gregory T. Lucier, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $4.5M, which decreased by 34% compared to previous year. 69% of the compensation package, or $3.1M, was in stock awards.
Matthew W. Link, President, earned $2.9M in 2018, a 18% increase compared to previous year.
Peter M. Leddy, EVP, People and Culture, received $1.7M in 2018, which increases by 4% compared to 2017.
Rajesh J. Asarpota, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.6M in 2018, a 42% increase compared to previous year.
Joan B. Stafslien, General Counsel, received $1.5M in 2018.
Harry Skip Kiil, EVP, Global Commercial, earned $1.3M in 2018, a 38% decrease compared to previous year.
Stephen Rozow III, EVP, Global Process Transformation, received $1.1M in 2018.
