NVE reported fiscal year 2012 executive compensation information on June 25, 2012.
In 2012, two NVE executives received on average a compensation package of $249K, a 10% decrease compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at NVE
Daniel A. Baker, Chief Executive Officer, received $320K in total, which decreased by 14% compared to 2011. 83% of Baker's compensation, or $267K, was in salary. Baker also received $42K in non-equity incentive plan and $12K in other compensation.
Curt A. Reynders, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $177K, which decreased by 3% compared to previous year. 91% of the compensation package, or $160K, was in salary.
NVE's fiscal year ends on March 31.
