NVE reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on June 18, 2018.
In 2018, four NVE executives received on average a compensation package of $241K, a 3% decrease compared to previous year.
Daniel A. Baker, Chief Executive Officer, received $394K in total, which increased by 2% compared to 2017. 76% of Baker's compensation, or $300K, was in salary. Baker also received $81K in non-equity incentive plan and $13K in other compensation.
Curt A. Reynders, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $216K, which increased by 3% compared to previous year. 83% of the compensation package, or $180K, was in salary.
Timothy R. Hazelton, Vice President, Sales, earned $196K in 2018.
Peter G. Eames, Vice President, Advanced Technology, received $158K in 2018, which increases by 6% compared to 2017.
NVE's fiscal year ends on March 31.
