NVE reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on June 17, 2019.
In 2019, three NVE executives received on average a compensation package of $264K, a 9% increase compared to previous year.
Daniel A. Baker, Chief Executive Officer, received $398K in total, which increased by 1% compared to 2018. 87% of Baker's compensation, or $345K, was in salary. Baker also received $40K in non-equity incentive plan and $13K in other compensation.
Curt A. Reynders, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $222K, which increased by 3% compared to previous year. 88% of the compensation package, or $195K, was in salary.
Peter G. Eames, Vice President, Advanced Technology, earned $172K in 2019, a 9% increase compared to previous year.
NVE's fiscal year ends on March 31.
