NVE reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on June 21, 2021.
In 2021, three NVE executives received on average a compensation package of $302K, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
Daniel A. Baker, Chief Executive Officer, received $464K in total, which increased by 3% compared to 2020. 80% of Baker's compensation, or $370K, was in salary. Baker also received $64K in non-equity incentive plan, $17K in option awards, as well as $13K in other compensation.
Curt A. Reynders, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $239K, which increased by 2% compared to previous year. 90% of the compensation package, or $215K, was in salary.
Peter G. Eames, Vice President, Advanced Technology, earned $202K in 2021, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
NVE's fiscal year ends on March 31.
