NVE reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on June 21, 2022.
In 2022, five NVE executives received on average a compensation package of $227K, a 25% decrease compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at NVE
Daniel A. Baker, Chief Executive Officer, received $698K in total, which increased by 50% compared to 2021. 55% of Baker's compensation, or $381K, was in salary. Baker also received $272K in non-equity incentive plan, $32K in option awards, as well as $13K in other compensation.
Peter G. Eames, Vice President, Advanced Technology, received a compensation package of $213K, which increased by 5% compared to previous year. 95% of the compensation package, or $202K, was in salary.
Curt A. Reynders, Chief Financial Officer, earned $136K in 2022, a 43% decrease compared to previous year.
Jon J. Larson, Former Corporate Controller and Principal Financial Officer, received $56K in 2022.
Joseph R. Schmitz, Chief Financial Officer, earned $34K in 2022.
NVE's fiscal year ends on March 31.
