NVIDIA reported fiscal year 2008 executive compensation information on May 15, 2008.
In 2008, five NVIDIA executives received on average a compensation package of $4M, a 56% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at NVIDIA
Jen-Hsun Huang, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.6M in total, which increased by 64% compared to 2007. 61% of Huang's compensation, or $4.6M, was in option awards. Huang also received $150K in bonus, $2.3M in non-equity incentive plan, $584K in salary, as well as $750 in other compensation.
Debora Shoquist, Executive Vice President, Operations, received a compensation package of $4.4M. 95% of the compensation package, or $4.2M, was in option awards.
Marvin D. Burkett, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.7M in 2008, a 60% increase compared to previous year.
David M. Shannon, General Counsel, received $2.2M in 2008, which increases by 45% compared to 2007.
Ajay K. Puri, Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales, earned $2M in 2008, a 16% increase compared to previous year.
NVIDIA's fiscal year ends on January 29.
