NVIDIA reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 29, 2020.
In 2020, five NVIDIA executives received on average a compensation package of $5.4M, a 14% decrease compared to previous year.
Jen-Hsun Huang, Chief Executive Officer, received $11M in total, which decreased by 16% compared to 2019. 84% of Huang's compensation, or $9.7M, was in stock awards. Huang also received $805K in non-equity incentive plan, $997K in salary, as well as $13K in other compensation.
Ajay K. Puri, Executive Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations, received a compensation package of $4.9M, which decreased by 11% compared to previous year. 70% of the compensation package, or $3.4M, was in stock awards.
Colette M. Kress, Chief Financial Officer, earned $4.4M in 2020, a 11% decrease compared to previous year.
Debora Shoquist, Executive Vice President, Operations, received $3.5M in 2020, which decreases by 11% compared to 2019.
Timothy S. Teter, General Counsel, earned $3M in 2020, a 21% decrease compared to previous year.
NVIDIA's fiscal year ends on January 29.
