NVIDIA reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 23, 2021.
In 2021, five NVIDIA executives received on average a compensation package of $9.6M, a 77% increase compared to previous year.
Jen-Hsun Huang, Chief Executive Officer, received $19M in total, which increased by 68% compared to 2020. 79% of Huang's compensation, or $15M, was in stock awards. Huang also received $3M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, as well as $19K in other compensation.
Ajay K. Puri, Executive Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations, received a compensation package of $8.5M, which increased by 75% compared to previous year. 73% of the compensation package, or $6.2M, was in stock awards.
Colette M. Kress, Chief Financial Officer, earned $8.1M in 2021, a 83% increase compared to previous year.
Debora Shoquist, Executive Vice President, Operations, received $7.1M in 2021, which increases by 106% compared to 2020.
Timothy S. Teter, General Counsel, earned $5.2M in 2021, a 74% increase compared to previous year.
NVIDIA's fiscal year ends on January 29.
