NVR reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 17, 2021.
In 2018, six NVR executives received on average a compensation package of $14M, a 869% increase compared to previous year.
Paul C. Saville, Chief Executive Officer, received $39M in total, which increased by 1,006% compared to 2017. 90% of Saville's compensation, or $35M, was in option awards. Saville also received $1.8M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.9M in salary, as well as $12K in other compensation.
Daniel D. Malzahn, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $13M, which increased by 1120% compared to previous year. 92% of the compensation package, or $12M, was in option awards.
Jeffrey D. Martchek, President of Homebuilding Operations, earned $11M in 2018, a 917% increase compared to previous year.
Robert W. Henley, President, NVR Mortgage, received $11M in 2018, which increases by 1027% compared to 2017.
Eugene J. Bredow, Chief Administrative Officer, earned $10M in 2018, a 1313% increase compared to previous year.
Matthew B. Kelpy, Chief Accounting Officer, received $1.6M in 2018.
