NVR reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 17, 2021.
In 2019, six NVR executives received on average a compensation package of $3.6M, a 75% decrease compared to previous year.
Paul W. Praylo, Chief Operating Officer, received $14M in total. 92% of Praylo's compensation, or $13M, was in stock awards. Praylo also received $550K in bonus, $512K in salary, as well as $75K in other compensation.
Paul C. Saville, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $4M, which decreased by 90% compared to previous year. 50% of the compensation package, or $2M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Jeffrey D. Martchek, President of Homebuilding Operations, earned $1.2M in 2019, a 90% decrease compared to previous year.
Daniel D. Malzahn, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.1M in 2019, which decreases by 91% compared to 2018.
Eugene J. Bredow, President, NVR Mortgage, earned $960K in 2019, a 91% decrease compared to previous year.
Matthew B. Kelpy, Chief Accounting Officer, received $642K in 2019, which decreases by 60% compared to 2018.
