NVR reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 17, 2021.
In 2020, five NVR executives received on average a compensation package of $1.7M, a 53% decrease compared to previous year.
Paul C. Saville, Chief Executive Officer, received $4M in total, which increased by 1% compared to 2019. 50% of Saville's compensation, or $2M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Saville also received $2M in salary and $12K in other compensation.
Paul W. Praylo, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $1.7M, which decreased by 88% compared to previous year. 33% of the compensation package, or $550K, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Daniel D. Malzahn, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.2M in 2020, a 1% increase compared to previous year.
Eugene J. Bredow, President, NVR Mortgage, received $992K in 2020, which increases by 3% compared to 2019.
Matthew B. Kelpy, Chief Accounting Officer, earned $647K in 2020, a 1% increase compared to previous year.
