NVR reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 24, 2022.
In 2021, five NVR executives received on average a compensation package of $1.8M, a 4% increase compared to previous year.
Paul C. Saville, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.2M in total, which increased by 4% compared to 2020. 50% of Saville's compensation, or $2.1M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Saville also received $2.1M in salary and $12K in other compensation.
Paul W. Praylo, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $1.6M, which is about the same as previous year. 34% of the compensation package, or $569K, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Daniel D. Malzahn, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.2M in 2021, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
Eugene J. Bredow, President, NVR Mortgage, received $1.1M in 2021, which increases by 7% compared to 2020.
Matthew B. Kelpy, Chief Accounting Officer, earned $678K in 2021, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
