Occidental Petroleum reported fiscal year 2010 executive compensation information on March 22, 2013.
In 2010, six executives at Occidental Petroleum received on average a compensation package of $23M, a 110% increase compared to previous year.
Ray R. Irani, Chairman, received $76M in total, which increased by 142% compared to 2009. 53% of Irani's compensation, or $40M, was in stock awards. Irani also received $1.4M in bonus, $32M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.2M in salary, as well as $1.7M in other compensation.

Edward A. Lowe, Vice President and President, Oxy Oil and Gas - International Production, earned $4.4M in 2010.
