Occidental Petroleum reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 25, 2022.
In 2021, five executives at Occidental Petroleum received on average a compensation package of $6.1M, a 9% decrease compared to previous year.
Vicki Hollub, Chief Executive Officer, received $11M in total, which decreased by 22% compared to 2020. 50% of Hollub's compensation, or $5.5M, was in stock awards. Hollub also received $2.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.8M in option awards, $1M in salary, as well as $318K in other compensation.

Kenneth Dillon, Senior Vice President, earned $5.1M in 2021, a 25% increase compared to previous year.
Robert L. Peterson, Chief Financial Officer, received $4.7M in 2021, which increases by 19% compared to 2020.
Richard A. Jackson, Senior Vice President, earned $4.7M in 2021.
