Okta reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on May 2, 2019.
In 2019, five Okta executives received on average a compensation package of $3.6M, a 719% increase compared to previous year.
Todd McKinnon, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.1M in total, which increased by 1,112% compared to 2018. 44% of McKinnon's compensation, or $2.2M, was in option awards. McKinnon also received $290K in non-equity incentive plan, $306K in salary, as well as $2.2M in stock awards.
J. Frederic Kerrest, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $4.5M, which increased by 1019% compared to previous year. 44% of the compensation package, or $2M, was in option awards.
William E. Losch, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.4M in 2019, a 706% increase compared to previous year.
Charles Race, President, Worldwide Field Operations, received $2.8M in 2019, which increases by 433% compared to 2018.
Jonathan T. Runyan, General Counsel, earned $2.3M in 2019.
Okta's fiscal year ends on January 31.
