In 2020, five Okta executives received on average a compensation package of $5.1M, a 41% increase compared to previous year.
Todd McKinnon, Chief Executive Officer, received $9M in total, which increased by 79% compared to 2019. 46% of McKinnon's compensation, or $4.2M, was in stock awards.
