Okta reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on May 6, 2021.
In 2021, five Okta executives received on average a compensation package of $6.9M, a 36% increase compared to previous year.
Todd McKinnon, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which increased by 34% compared to 2020. 50% of McKinnon's compensation, or $6.1M, was in stock awards. McKinnon also received $203K in non-equity incentive plan, $5.6M in option awards, as well as $306K in salary.
J. Frederic Kerrest, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $9M, which increased by 52% compared to previous year. 48% of the compensation package, or $4.3M, was in stock awards.
William E. Losch, Chief Financial Officer, earned $4.7M in 2021, a 18% increase compared to previous year.
Jonathan T. Runyan, General Counsel, received $4.6M in 2021, which increases by 58% compared to 2020.
Charles Race, Former President, Worldwide Field Operations, earned $4.2M in 2021, a 18% increase compared to previous year.
Okta's fiscal year ends on January 31.
