Olo reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 26, 2022.
In 2021, three Olo executives received on average a compensation package of $5.9M, a 255% increase compared to previous year.
Noah H. Glass, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which increased by 735% compared to 2020. 75% of Glass' compensation, or $9.3M, was in option awards. Glass also received $2.6M in non-equity incentive plan, $443K in salary, as well as $240 in other compensation.
Marty Hahnfeld, Chief Customer Officer, received a compensation package of $2.8M, which increased by 50% compared to previous year. 65% of the compensation package, or $1.8M, was in option awards.
Peter Benevides, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.6M in 2021.
