Omeros reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 29, 2019.
In 2018, three Omeros executives received on average a compensation package of $2.3M, a 1% increase compared to previous year.
Gregory A. Demopulos, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.7M in total, which increased by 5% compared to 2017. 69% of Demopulos' compensation, or $3.3M, was in option awards. Demopulos also received $700K in bonus, $770K in salary, as well as $20K in other compensation.
