Omeros reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 30, 2021.
In 2020, three Omeros executives received on average a compensation package of $2.6M, a 36% increase compared to previous year.
Gregory A. Demopulos, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.8M in total, which increased by 20% compared to 2019. 61% of Demopulos' compensation, or $3.5M, was in option awards. Demopulos also received $1.4M in bonus, $817K in salary, as well as $21K in other compensation.
