OmniAb reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on May 1, 2023.
In 2022, three OmniAb executives received on average a compensation package of $5.2M, a 27% increase compared to previous year.
Matthew W. Foehr, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.7M in total, which increased by 26% compared to 2021. 55% of Foehr's compensation, or $3.7M, was in option awards. Foehr also received $311K in non-equity incentive plan, $542K in salary, $2M in stock awards, as well as $115K in other compensation.
Kurt A. Gustafson, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $5M. 66% of the compensation package, or $3.3M, was in option awards.
Charles S. Berkman, Chief Legal Officer, earned $4.1M in 2022, a 37% increase compared to previous year.
