OmniAb reported fiscal year 2023 executive compensation information on April 26, 2024.
In 2023, three OmniAb executives received on average a compensation package of $1.8M, a 66% decrease compared to previous year.
Matthew W. Foehr, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.6M in total, which decreased by 60% compared to 2022. 48% of Foehr's compensation, or $1.3M, was in option awards. Foehr also received $394K in non-equity incentive plan, $564K in salary, $410K in stock awards, as well as $7.8K in other compensation.
Charles S. Berkman, Chief Legal Officer, received a compensation package of $1.3M, which decreased by 67% compared to previous year. 36% of the compensation package, or $486K, was in salary.
Kurt A. Gustafson, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.3M in 2023, a 74% decrease compared to previous year.
