In 2019, five Omnicell executives received on average a compensation package of $3.2M, a 9% increase compared to previous year.
Randall A. Lipps, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.2M in total, which increased by 14% compared to 2018. 39% of Lipps' compensation, or $2.8M, was in stock awards.
