GTX reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 13, 2021.
In 2020, three GTX executives received on average a compensation package of $621K, a 20% decrease compared to previous year.
James B. Breitmeyer, Chief Executive Officer, received $782K in total, which decreased by 30% compared to 2019. 68% of Breitmeyer's compensation, or $530K, was in salary. Breitmeyer also received $1K in bonus, $249K in non-equity incentive plan, as well as $1.7K in other compensation.
Frank J. Hsu, Chief Medical Officer, received a compensation package of $556K, which decreased by 28% compared to previous year. 72% of the compensation package, or $400K, was in salary.
Gunnar F. Kaufmann, Chief Scientific Officer, earned $526K in 2020, a 23% decrease compared to previous year.
