ONE Gas reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 7, 2021.
In 2020, six ONE Gas executives received on average a compensation package of $2.3M, a 2% increase compared to previous year.
Pierce H. Norton II, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.4M in total, which decreased by 4% compared to 2019. 39% of Norton's compensation, or $2.1M, was in stock awards. Norton also received $1.4M of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $998K in non-equity incentive plan, $800K in salary, as well as $40K in other compensation.
Curtis L. Dinan, Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.3M, which decreased by 2% compared to previous year. 43% of the compensation package, or $971K, was of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings.
Caron A. Lawhorn, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.9M in 2020, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
Robert S. McAnnally, Chief Operating Officer, received $1.8M in 2020, which increases by 44% compared to 2019.
Joseph L. McCormick, General Counsel, earned $1.4M in 2020, which is about the same as previous year.
Mark A. Bender, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, received $899K in 2020, which increases by 2% compared to 2019.
