ONE Gas reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 6, 2022.
In 2021, six ONE Gas executives received on average a compensation package of $2.1M, a 7% decrease compared to previous year.
Pierce H. Norton II, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.3M in total, which decreased by 20% compared to 2020. 56% of Norton's compensation, or $2.4M, was in stock awards. Norton also received $1.1M of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $376K in non-equity incentive plan, $391K in salary, as well as $28K in other compensation.
Robert S. McAnnally, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $2.6M, which increased by 43% compared to previous year. 59% of the compensation package, or $1.5M, was in stock awards.
Curtis L. Dinan, Chief Operating Officer, earned $1.9M in 2021, a 17% decrease compared to previous year.
Caron A. Lawhorn, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.7M in 2021, which decreases by 12% compared to 2020.
Joseph L. McCormick, General Counsel, earned $1.2M in 2021, a 9% decrease compared to previous year.
Mark A. Bender, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, received $906K in 2021, which increases by 1% compared to 2020.
