ONEOK reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 4, 2019.
In 2018, five ONEOK executives received on average a compensation package of $3.4M, a 46% increase compared to previous year.
Terry K. Spencer, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.1M in total, which increased by 27% compared to 2017. 61% of Spencer's compensation, or $4.3M, was in stock awards. Spencer also received $135K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $800K in salary, as well as $117K in other compensation.
