OpGen reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on July 12, 2019.
In 2018, three OpGen executives received on average a compensation package of $404K, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
Evan Jones, Chief Executive Officer, received $469K in total, which increased by 12% compared to 2017. 75% of Jones' compensation, or $351K, was in salary. Jones also received $75K in non-equity incentive plan and $43K in option awards.
Timothy Dec, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $379K, which increased by 9% compared to previous year. 76% of the compensation package, or $290K, was in salary.
Vadim Sapiro, Chief Information Officer, earned $364K in 2018, a 7% decrease compared to previous year.
